Event Support
GENERAL:
Please visit the Event Planning page on Maria to submit your event request. Once your event has been confirmed, please adhere to the following guidelines for all catering, set up, and pre/post event needs.
ITS:
(primary contact: help@hotchkiss.org) Primarily help tech needs, displays, loaner laptops etc.
EVENT VENUES:
Please reserve the venue via Google Calendar. DO NOT assume you have the use of a venue until you have received confirmation via Google Calendar or in the case of facilities that others maintain such as the MAC
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
A/V Needs:
If you need speakers, microphone, and any other A/V related needs, please contact Derek Brashears (dbrashears@hotchkiss.org) at a minimum of one week prior to the event. If you are having an outside speaker, please inquire about the following AV/ IT Needs:
Will they need projection?
Will they be using their own computer? If not, they must provide a script if we are expected to run presentations, movies etc.. Files must be sent to Derek Brashears and Lisa Brown (ebrown@hotchkiss.org) one week prior to the event.
Will they require wifi access for a large group?
