WELCOME SUMMER PROGRAMS!

Welcome to Hotchkiss! Here are some helpful FAQs, tips, and resources.

Hotchkiss ITS is happy to assist with tech support requests for equipment that has been provided by Hotchkiss. This includes but is not limited to laptops, monitors, projectors, printers and general network connectivity. The ITS team will be limited in its ability to support personally owned devices. 

Clients can often find solutions for their tech issues contained within the articles here as well as those found on our FreshService support portal. If the issue you are experiencing falls outside of this range topics, consider calling (860) 435-4487 for one-on-one support.
