HOW TO: RESET YOUR OKTA PASSWORD
In this video, you will be shown how to reset your password in Okta. Okta is how we login to see all of our Hotchkiss apps. If you are resetting your password, make sure to be on Hotchkiss Secure or connected to the VPN if you are offsite. ADDITIONALLY: once you submit a request to "email me a password", the email will be sent to the PERSONAL email address that was set up.

HOW TO: ADD THE ALL SCHOOL CALENDAR
This document will show how to add the all school calendar into your google calendars
This will help keep you up to date with all of the schools events and meetings
Gmail: This is the email system we use for Hotchkiss emails. The school will provide updates and needed info through this. You can access this through Okta.
TI-Inspire: To download this, make sure you're on Hotchkiss Secure WiFi or the VPN. Go to Mosyle Manager Self-Service go the apps section, and then download TI-nspire through there.
Mathematica: To download this, make sure you're on Hotchkiss Secure WiFi or the VPN. Go to Mosyle Manager Self-Service, go to the apps section, and then download Mathematica through there. If this does not work and you're trying to install or update this application, contact ITS.
Make sure to reboot your computer about once a week. To do this go to the Apple menu in the upper left-hand corner -> press restart. Restarting will help with quirky issues and to help reset some things in the laptop, which may reduce some software issues. MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR WORK BEFORE DOING THIS.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Closing the lid of the laptop does not fully reboot the laptop.
